"The room had everything I needed"
I was really happy with the room during my stay. It had all the little amenities I actually look for when traveling, which made things feel easy and comfortable. Everything was convenient, and I didn’t feel like anything was missing.

We had our wedding here, i was in such a relieved, excited mood the whole day because the staff made everything feel so simple. The food was really good, the setup looked beautiful, and everything stayed right on schedule. It just made the day feel calm, smooth, and really special

"Nice hotel, but it could use a little TLC"
I had a nice stay overall, but a few things around the hotel looked a bit worn out :/ Nothing major, just felt like it could use some upkeep to feel fresher.

"Finally, a bathroom that didn’t annoy me"
The bathroom was really nice, which was such a relief because I’m so tired of places having grimy showers or sad, scratchy towels. This one was super clean, the shower pressure was actually good, and the towels didn’t feel cheap. Happy with it, no complaints there.

"From the moment we got to Hotel..."
From the moment we got to Hotel Contessa, I had a good feeling about the place. The accessible room ended up being exactly what we needed—plenty of space to move around, an easy-to-use shower, and no hassle getting around the hotel. The elevators were quick, which made a bigger difference than I expected. The staff was also really helpful anytime we had a question or needed something. Overall, it made the whole trip feel a lot less stressful, and I’d definitely book here again...

"Super comfy beds"
I slept so well here, the bed was really comfy and I ended up crashing almost right away and waking up feeling way more rested than I expected, so for me that was a big win...

we used the valet parking and it made the whole thing way easier, especially since we really didn’t feel like messing with downtown parking. it was maybe a little pricey, but the guys were quick and nice so no real complaints

"Absolutely Worth Stopping In"
I stopped by the bar at Hotel Contessa i’m completely convinced it was a great decision. The drinks were spot on, the staff was super friendly, and the whole place had a relaxed vibe where you didn’t feel rushed at all. I’d 100% go back without even thinking twice...

"River view was totally worth it"
I stayed at Hotel Contessa and, the river view ended up being my favorite part. I kept telling myself I was just “checking the weather” in the morning, but really I was standing there watching the boats go by. It made the whole room feel calmer and nicer.
At night it was even prettier with all the lights reflecting on the water. I’m not great at writing fancy reviews, so that’s my excuse for keeping it simple, but I really did love just sitting by the window. I’d definitely book the river view again.

"Friendly staff, but the service was a bit uneven"
The staff were, well, they were definitely nice and smiled when we checked in, which I appreciated. But later on, the service felt kind of hit or miss. Nobody was rude or anything, it just wasn’t always that helpful when we had questions.

Just a fair warning, if you bring the kids here, they probably won’t want to leave. Ours had an absolute blast, we enjoyed it just as much. Great spot for a family outing.

I came here for dinner with my cousin, and we both really liked it. The food tasted fresh, came out quickly, and everything we ordered was genuinely tasty. Definitely a place I’d be happy to go back to.

"Easy stay with our dog"
We stayed here with our dog and it was easy overall. The staff were nice about him, which always makes things less stressful, and the room worked just fine for us. I do wish there had been a bit more outdoor space nearby for quick walks (because of course dogs never need to go at a convenient time). Still, it was a good pet-friendly stay and we’d consider coming back.

"Wifi was solid overall!!"
The wifi worked well for most of my stay!! It only slowed down a bit in the evening once or twice, but nothing too annoying.

I walked in and immediately felt like they were trying to make the place impossible not to like. The decor was warm, really pretty, and just had such a cozy feel to it.

"Felt Safe and Comfortable the Whole Time"
I felt really at ease during my stay. Security was around and easy to notice, but they weren’t overbearing or awkward about it. It gave me a lot of confidence, and I slept well every night knowing things were being looked after
